When the pandemic became a thing of reality, those sitting in their destructive thrones had chats with their empires of deceit, plotting ways they could not only get through the waves of death without taking hits, but how they could actually benefit.
The oil industry were affected, of course, with millions working from home and fewer willing to go out into the world. There were no old men with swords to be seen. For political reasons, Trump had to vocally push back against health advice but variations of mandates and lockdowns occurred regardless.
Not, of course, to the extent that they should have. The wheels had to keep spinning and an acceptable amount of bodies had to be stacked on the pile in the name of patriotism after all.
Now, we’re continue to watch prices at the pump hit highs in waves. It feels as if they push it as far as possible, with record profits meant to thank the cunts at top that had to tragically deal with a little bit less in their vaults while death swallowed large amounts of people around them.
Excuses are everywhere, too.
To be clear, no the President of the United States does not set prices.
They do things that can influence prices, though.
Biden’s choice to refuse to meet with Captain Bonesaw in Saudi Arabia, despite the fact that we keep helping them murder innocents in Yemen, has resulted in election interference tactics as they continue to participate in cartel acts that drive up rates for the rest of us. I know most Americans love to act like Russia is the big bad and act like they’re the reason Trump was POTUS for four years. It’s done so with an attitude far too similar, even in lesser in tone, to Trump supporters still claiming the election was rigged and is part of why the media has been doing so well at pushing us all closer to WW3.
They have tools they can utilize that can lower prices, too. The bully pulpit is a strong accessory, opening up the reserves, and threatening to nationalize oil works rather well, too.
Instead, Biden is now blaming the recent highs on dipshit Putin despite the fact that the costs were going up prior.
It’s easier to scapegoat and call it patriotism to be silent than it is to grow a spine.
Remember that, “nothing fundamentally will change” line?
Around that same time, Biden met with heads of the oil industry to give a very similar speech.
Telling the American public the truth could hurt donations, though.
Around $10 million this year alone has been used to buy off politicians from the industry.
The White House has been buying off influencers to promote a lie and the media keeps repeating it, too. Hitting the public from all sides. Even if you don’t visit TikTok or watch CNN, most of where you do get updates likely has been swayed by them.
We’re told to mock those complaining about gas prices.
A majority of Americans live check to check in this neo-feudalistic system that we are subjected to.
It’s not just dudes with oversized trucks covered in Trump stickers.
It is hurting most of us.
If more Americans would recognize the constant culture wars and propaganda battles thrown our way are just distractions meant to keep us apart so that we never gather and point our fingers upward, we’d all have a chance.
But here we are.
The new subvariant, which would have been given a Greek letter if not for the inconvenience that would be, is starting to rage. More pandemics are on the way, as well as all the other forms of suffering such as water wars, thanks to the Climate Crisis.
So, when the news, the influencers, the blue check marks, and the memes start telling you once again to point a finger at your neighbor, I hope you take the time to instead point two middle fingers up.
One for the elite cunts.
One for their owned puppets, disguised as public servants.
Hug your neighbors, vote out the scum, push past the bullshit and forward toward the bright future that we can all have.
We just need courage and unity to get there.
